About the Event
Come and join me in my home for a fun and inspirational day.
During the workshop we'll making a variety of both savoury and sweet dishes, including some delicious raw desserts, and I'll also have some snacks I've made in advance for you to taste and try, including raw chips, crackers and bread. We'll use the dehydrator and spiralizer, as well as the blender, and look at a wide range of different ingredients and techniques. We'll include nut butters and raw chocolate, fermenting, sea vegetables, and look at how we can incorporate raw food dishes in everyday eating for the whole family.
The workshop is very hands on and great fun. Rather than watch me make the food, we'll all be learning how to make it for ourselves. All the recipes and information about the ingredients used will be given in a handout, as well as some cultures for fermenting so you can continue on your raw journey back at home.
The day includes all snacks and drinks, as well as sitting down to eat and enjoy the dishes we make.
The cost is £95 per person, and places are limited to 8 - 10 per session.
