About Fran Wallis

Love yourself enough to live a healthy life

I have always been interested in both health and nutrition but with a specific interest in improving health whilst maintaining a balanced lifestyle. 

After several years of studying,  I completed qualifications to include Nutritionist, Raw Food Nutritionist, Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Functional Medicine Practitioner, Natural Juice Therapist and Life Coach. 

I've also studied and specialised the areas of Hormones, Anxiety & Depression, Cellular Metabolism, Gut Disease, Bone Health, Headache & Migraine, Adrenal & Thyroid and Cancer.

I like to bring a combination of all these areas when working with clients, ensuring a well rounded and comprehensive offering.  In addition to the above, I have 20 years experience working in industry, and have business qualifications in management, business and marketing to a post graduate level, including coaching and corporate mentoring.

My portfolio of work includes individual coaching, group coaching, retreat management, food workshops, Corporate Wellbeing programs and public speaking.

My Approach

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.

Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

I will get to the root of your health challenges so that you will look better, feel better and live longer. Together we will figure out what is driving your health challenges and customise a wellness plan based on your unique needs and lifestyle.  I am totally committed to your health and success.

This is about putting you at the centre of your life, making you a priority and helping you to learn to love yourself.

We will start with an initial health consultation, and then meet on a regular basis, with on-going support in between sessions.  This together with detailed follow-up notes and informative hand-outs will make it easy to attain your health and lifestyle goals.

About Fran: About

I first met Fran about 4 years ago.

At the time I was right on the edge.  I was mentally exhausted, not far from having a breakdown.  Unhappy, stressed, feeling hopeless.

I worked with Fran for around 6 months altogether, that was over 3 years ago and I've never looked back.

Sure, there's still some things I want to get better at, and I'll always be a work in progress.  I've had the confidence to leave a job that I'd been in for 20 years and guess what, my world didn't collapse, it grew.  I've met some amazing people, had experiences I never would have had, including working in Central America, my Spanish isn't too bad now, another new skill.

I've rebalanced my life focussing on the things that matter to me.  My relationship with my partner and family is much better, mainly because they're now getting some quality time.

I've got a confidence and belief that wasn't there 4 years ago.  Sure, there's still some things I want to get better at and I'll always be a work in progress but everything now is building from a much better footing.

I can't recommend Fran enough.  She gave me my life back.
